Best Friend's Picture and a Guess!

ReplyDeleteIs that a bee in the picture? And why best friend? And my guess (which is usually wrong anyway!) is that flower is from a pumpkin plant.

ReplyDeleteThis is easy, Peerkangai/Ridge gourd flower. And a pollinating bee. It seems like you have a mini Mint forest. Mint looks very healthy and lovely.

ReplyDeleteThe flower cud be of bittergourd or ridge gourd but if i concentrate more on leaves structure,it looks more of bittergourd

ReplyDeleteThe Bumble Bee plays a big part in the vegetable garden. Its presence or absence means the difference between a healthy fruit and none at all. Justified that it is my best friend? :)

I would think maybe a pumpkin. The flower looks similar to a cucumber flower, but the leaves look different to me... So cucumber or pumpkin?

ReplyDeleteAlka you were on the right track too. The ridge gourd and bitter gourd are right next to each other hence the leaves ...
