Costa Rica
Pura vida(pure life)! It is the way of life in Costa Rica. Did you know the country does not have a standing army?
The food though very flavorful is not very spicy. A long trip away from home has us craving for Indian foods but the Costa Rican Rice and Beans (what is called typical food) kept us from craving for Indian foods. The desserts are just sweet and not overly . Fried Yucca (tapioca) and pureed Yucca have all become my favorite foods.
