Indo, EV coconut ...Nice post again, like always!! <br /><br />Indo, EV coconut oil, EV olive oil, are all good for baking. Even homemade ghee and good butter if you can find it. Vegetable oil is still canola + soybean oil. :( And most peanut oil is GMO. :(<br /><br />I haven't baked with sesame oil yet... so, no idea how it tastes.
